Self-Contained Peaceful Annexe
Turnpike Annexe is a single story building set within 1.6 acres of garden attached to the owners house but completely self contained. Near to the historic town of Bury St Edmunds and in close reach of Diss. The Annexe consists of a large open plan room which includes a double bed and a double sofa bed. It also features a self contained kitchen which includes a washing machine. Large on-suite with a double size shower and a separate bath. Guests have full use of the complete annex and gardens.

My wife and I really enjoy our short break at this little annexe.
Brilliantly equipped with everything you will need. Spotlessly clean throughout, fully secure gated property surrounded by countryside.
The hostess was very supportive, but discreet.

We found the hosts Rob and Hollie and not forgetting little Arthur the most hospitable couple you could wish to meet, nothing was to much trouble and would highly recommend this property to anybody wanting a quiet retreat with gated entry so nice and secure, with the added benefit of a small lake to relax by at the end of the property.
We stayed for 15 nights while we waited to complete on our new house. My husband worked from home at the kitchen table and the WiFi was enough for his needs although it did weaken at the furthest part of the accomodation (the bed area). Rob and Holly were lovely hosts and helped immediately when there qas a problem (the bathroom door lock stuck). It is a peaceful area with locely walks right on the doorstep. Not far to Diss (very pretty) and 3 supermarkets. We would stay there again.
