Loveky site
We did very much like the caravan and hot tub however the seating area was full of old leaves and could have been cleaned and there is no toilet roll holder in the bathroom which needs sorting out. Unfortunately our dog became very ill whst we were there and we had to leave early but this was nothing to do with the accomodation. The site is nicely maintained and we went to a wonderful restaurant a mile down the road (the Cook and Barker )and also had a lovely day in Amble. I think if we were regular golfers we might have booked to come again. Overall the accomodation just needs a bit of updating and attention to detail but the area is lovely and ideal for seeing all parts of Northumberland

Lodge review
Lovely stay, unfortunately when we arrived we did have a couple of issues with cleanliness, the chair in the living area was covered in black dog hairs and stains (which I cleaned) also the bathroom beaker etc had an old Elastoplast in it and was dirty. The other thing was the holiday said we had free access to a swimming pool spar, this was not the case, on speaking to the owner of the property he apologised and said he would have a word with cleaning staff and he had forgotten to update the advert to say no swimming or spa access. That was it, I wasn’t very impressed as you pay £50 cleaning charge and my daughter loves swimming so that was part of the reason we booked this holiday. If the owner had offered some type of recompense I would of felt better as we had to pay to go swimming in Alnwick every day. Poor customer service

Fantastic lodge and holiday park
We have just returned from Swarland and we have had a fantastic and relaxing holiday. The holiday park was lovely and quiet, and there were plenty of lovely walks on our doorstep; one of which led to a really friendly and family run pub with a pool table so our teenage son was happy! The lodge was really modern and clean and the outdoor area was private and spacious, with comfortable rattan furniture so we could sit and eat our meals outside . It was great to have a barbeque as the majority of lodges we have previously stayed at don't allow barbeques so this was a real treat. Hot tub was great too. I would highly recommend this lodge and holiday park :)

Great location
Lovely lodge and hot tub as per description. Ok for 4 people, not enough glasses etc for 6. Otherwise very functional, all furnishings very nice. Good location, for the coast regions. Host very responsive. Some local info would be good . Would recommend and return.

Lovely lodge however previous occupants had left old BBQ material lying around.
Great stay + but could benefit from a hoover, ironing board and some coat hangers in master bedroom 👍
