Good place, walls are a bit thin.

Good place to stay, just very difficult to get hold of someone after your stay to get your deposit back of £200…. I’m still waiting for it over a week later

Stay near family

The property was clean and tidy and suited our requirements. The tv was a disappointment.No Freeview 70 channels as publicised in the in apartment handbook but just a Smart tv that relied on iPlayer,ITVX etc. The only live tv could be obtained on BBC iPlayer.This situation needs to be made clearer in the advertising. The waste water discharge from the basin and shower was very slow and needs attention. Overall a handy location for our requirements but the property is really let down by the tv situation. Another problem we found was from the strange smells coming in through the open windows from people in the community garden area smoking goodness knows what. Would we visit the flat again?Probably not but would consider the same location but with an outward aspect.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was stunning. Lovely quiet area, however not far from the M1 which was handy. Access was really easy to the property and the building was very secure. The postcode couldn’t be found on any map we used.. we used the road name instead. Great local amenities and everything is within just a few minutes drive.. would definitely recommend Neath Hill Indian takeaway and indoor skydiving at Xscape! The listing says it sleeps 4 however one of us slept in the bed and the other on the sofa bed; wouldn’t recommend 2 people sleeping on the sofa bed as it didn’t seem sturdy enough, the pull-out kept moving and there wasn’t a spare set of bedding. Some loud music and loud voices in the evenings but it wasnt for long. Travelling with a disabled person, we found it strange that the only 2 disabled parking spaces weren’t very big and seem to be furthest away from the entrance to the building, while 3 or more parent and child bays seem to be the closest. The rooms are quite spacious, the windows are huge (love it) and the kitchen was a dream to cook in! It’s a shame we didn’t book for longer!

Although we enjoyed our stay and we had a few teething problems, the property was very enjoyable. However, it would be better if other residents are advised not to disturb others and have parties and loud conversations in the corridor late at night. We were disturbed on Friday evening from 2230hours for some time by the above which was most annoying given that the rest of the time we were pleased to be in the property.
