Edinburgh Colzium is a newly renovated estate house situated in the Pentlands nestled amongst 5 acres of country land. Scotland's city centre is approximately a 40 minute drive away and within reach for anyone wanting to visit Scotland's historic capital.

Edinburgh Colzium features 9 bedrooms, two kitchens and a pantry. With a large communal function room that can seat up to 21 guests, this space is perfect for banquet and dinner events, and is also a great space for watching sports events. This room also opens onto a front lawn where a BBQ and marquee can be held.

For an additional fee, the Colzium also has a hot tub - soak, relax, and take in the surrounding picturesque countryside views.

The Edinburgh Colzium is surrounded by beautiful country landscapes and is the perfect accommodation for large groups looking to get out of the city and reconnect with each other and nature.

It's a fantastic option for family get-togethers, and well-behaved stag and hen groups. Only a 40 minute drive outside of Edinburgh city centre, you can take advantage of both the countryside peace and quiet, and the vibrant nightlife that Edinburgh has to offer.
