Three bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 x mezzanine family room with 1 double and 2 singles with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
What makes this property unique
Gas central heating. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in the rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in the rent. Ample off road parking. Outside, at the rear of property, there is a small secluded patio area with BBQ, chiminea and seating area for use in the warmer months. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub next door. Note: Limited headroom in mezzanine area, accessed by very narrow staircase, care to be taken. Note: Pub does not serve food.
