Property was simple but good. Great location, easy getting keys and communication with host. They could use a few more pots for cooking. Bed was too soft and mushy for me. Could use a better mattress. Good for price.

Extremely well-located one-bedroom flat

A disclaimer to start: we are a young couple who are very familiar with London (on foot and by public transport), having previously lived here for a good number of years. We enjoyed our stay in the flat and would seriously consider staying again the next time we are in London. The best thing about the flat is its location: 3 minutes on foot to Marylebone station, 5 minutes to Edgware Road station, and 10 minutes to Baker Street/Baker Street station. Edgware Road is a 10-minute walk, Marylebone High Street about 15 minutes, and the West End (with Oxford/Regent Street en route) 30-35 minutes' walk at a leisurely pace. The flat is of a good size (though the photos do make it look slightly bigger than it actually is) and is well-appointed. We would, however, recommend that the cooking utensils (e.g. better kitchen knives/chopping board, frying pan/skillet) be updated for the benefit of those who would prefer to do their own cooking. Shower can be a bit poky for taller individuals, but generally no complaints about the toilet/bathroom. Manager might want to have a look at the lamp above the bar counter - we were not able to find the switch so, unfortunately, left it on for the entire week that we were in the flat!

Great Location!!

Friendly host, great location, it was perfect as a base for us whilst we explored London. The only reasons why I haven't given 5 stars is due to the sofa bed being uncomfortable, due to sagging in the middle (although an extra mattress is provided to put on top to help with this), and the shower being quite stained (the grouting needs a good bleaching). Other than that everything was great, and we would definitely come and stay again if we return to London.
