Fantastic spacious property

The house was much bigger than it appeared in the listing provided ample space for our group of 14 adults. It was also very laid back with a great range of equipment, games, books etc allowing us to settle in and relax very quickly.

Cromer gem

Lovely property with lots of space to accommodate our three families in a brilliant location right near the sea. We had fun using the house as a base to explore the local area and make use of the beach right on our doorstep. Good communication from Clare from the start right to the end. Thank you for having us

A fantastic weekend celebrating in lovely old Cromer

Thank you Claire for a fantastic weekend in Cromer, we had such a lovely time. The house worked so well for 12 of us which included a mixture of children, teens and adults. My mum had a lovely time celebrating her special birthday. We love Cromer for it's victorian seaside charm, everything was absolutely perfect and we look forward to coming again soon. Having Morrisons and the sea/beach on your doorstep was great as once parked no one had to move their cars, we had endless fun going in the amusements, walking on the cliffs to Overstrand and then just going to the pubs for a few 'swiftys'. Thanks again, Cristabel

We wanted to buy a property by the sea and fell in love with the charm of Cromer.

We bought the property in 2007 and spent a year restoring it.

The house offers easy access to all the amenities Cromer has to offer, such as the pier, shops, cafe's, restaurants, cinema, golf club and museum etc.

It has something for everyone.

What makes this property unique

The property is situated within easy walking distance to the beach and town centre.

There is a good train/bus service which enables you to explore Norfolk easily.
