Silverlake is a true jewel located in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds at every turn with a heated infinity pool, a stunning private spa, roof bar, water sports, a private beach, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds.

Beautiful detached three bed cottage in an enviable position with views across to Beaumont Lake. This contemporary home has been furnished to high standards enjoying high ceilings and open plan living areas giving the property plenty of light and space.

The property comprises of open plan ground floor living with floor to ceiling glass doors opening onto a large terrace. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite and one twin bedroom with large family bathroom.

The property benefits from a downstairs cloakroom and a large modern wood-burning stove in the living area.

GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen
Excellent range of cupboards with many integrated appliances including single oven, four ring induction hob, built in microwave oven, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher and contemporary quartz work surfaces.

Lounge/ Dinning
The open plan living and dining room makes the most of views across to Beaumont Lake through floor to ceiling glass sliding doors onto a decked open terrace.

A large wooden dining table with high backed leather chairs seats six guests with ease. Guests can enjoy comfortable seating in the lounge with two sofas and an arm chair set around the modern wood burning stove to enjoy those cosy evenings in. There is a 40 inch smart TV and DVD player.

FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms:
Master bedroom – Double bed with matching bedside cabinets, built in storage, en-suite shower cubicle and toilet with feature lighting. Door to:
En-suite shower room

Twin bedroom – full-sized twin beds with chest of drawers.

Bunkbed room – full-sized bunkbeds and wardrobe.

Large Family bathroom – with hand-held shower over bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and basin. Feature lighting.

OUTSIDE
This property is accessed through private gates and there is parking for two cars outside the property with additional cars to be parked in the overflow parking area.

To the front of the house the property enjoys views out to Beaumont Lake from an open decked area. The decking benefits from a large charcoal BBQ and comfortable outdoor seating for six people.
