A lovely two bedroom house, boasting harbour views across parkland to Brownsea Island and Sandbanks, conveniently located just a few minutes walk to Poole Town and all its facilities. Part of a the popular Harbourside Park development. The Quay, Poole Museum, Brownsea Island, local ferries, Poole Park, Poole High Street and shopping centre, numerous wonderful restaurants and bars - these are just some of the activities available in the immediate vicinity.

Lounge benefits french doors leading out to the courtyard patio. Fitted kitchen including, fridge / freezer, oven, hob, washing machine and microwave. First floor Master bedroom (Double 4ft 6ins) and second bedroom (Single 3ft). Family bathroom situated on this level (Bath with shower over, sink and toilet)

Parking - There is one dedicated parking space.

Excellent house in great location in Poole

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Poole and the house was perfect for our needs, quietly located within easy reach of The Quay and the many things it has to offer. Easy check in process and the property was very nice and as described. Great welcome pack, clean and tidy and it had everything and more that you would expect from a holiday home. We especially liked the beach items (buckets, spades, bodyboards and windbreaker) which came in handy for a day in Sandbanks. The local area is stunning and the property is also within a short drive from Sandbanks & Bournemouth. The property and Quay Holidays are highly recommended as is Poole as a place to stay. There was something different on just a short walk away almost every day we were there in August. You can also hire bikes/scooters close by too and explore further and certainly go for a boat tour.

Perfect location for a sightseeing and relaxing holiday.

A beautiful little house with a great, very modern interior. We felt very comfortable. The short distances to the centre and to the supermarkets as well as the harbour directly in front of the door make this location so unique. For us it was the ideal base for our day trips to Stonehenge, Salisbury, Shaftsbury, Bournemouth, Wincester and Portsmouth as well as the beautiful beach at Sandbanks.
