Not enough info provided when checking in. Found it difficult to find our room let alone location of the room and the level (3). Signs to the section we were staying poorly sign posted. The restaurant was very good, the service very good.

Bed=very comfortable Unit=very nice Location=perfect, so close to beach shops "Ocean view" only from one side thru trees! Buffet beakfast=awesome Dripping tap=x Having clothes stolen from pool=x Broken DVD player and poor tv reception=x

Initially had a bad check in experience with an unfriendly and unhelpful person on reception who allocated a room which had an obscure ocean view- paid for an ocean view apartment for 3 nights. I returned to reception and requested another room with an ocean view. The young girl on reception was very helpful and found us a great room with a lovely view- which made our stay very enjoyable
