Property does need updating and the cleanliness was a bit ordinary. Staff at reception were very nice.? The fact that my dogs could be there was a bonus.

The location is excellent. It was a bit difficult with a baby and pram and STUFF to be on the top floor with no lift, but aside from that the Birches staff were helpful and accommodating and it's so easy to get everywhere from there!

Have stayed here twice. Great value for money. Clean, spacious apartment, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Beautiful big windows! On site parking right at the door and an outdoor area with bbq. The staff are so lovely and accomodating-early checks ins, late check outs and even storing my items safely that I accidentally left behind.
