Bathroom still had hair on the floor
Not very welcoming and would expect a higher level of cleanliness.

I liked the property, although it is really outdated. I also think the communication to check in was perfect, but I really do NOT like the fact I needed to upload my drivers licence to be able to check in. Given the problems with cyber security problems nowadays I like you to change this and delete my drivers licence from the system please.

Please be advised that all of our guests are required to provide a credit card and ID with a photo as part of the Pre Check-in process for validation regardless if they have booked directly or through an online travel agent.The credit card validation serves as security during your stay for notification of any extra cleaning or damage costs as a result of your stay. This is a security requirement that has been legislated by the NSW Code of Conduct for holiday letting.We understand you may not be comfortable sharing this information, but rest assured that the system is encrypted and secured. They went out of their way to accommodate my request to keep cold items in the fridge even after my checkout time. The communication is absolutely excellent, with hardly any wait time.
