Chech in was friendly and easy. Beds were uncomfortable. It was a Sunday night but the kitchen were not answering for room service menu. We were calling before 9pm cut off too. Road noise was terrible. Sounded like the doors were opened even though they were shut. General lack of upkeep spending .

Great location, clean but the room we occupied needed a good renovation. Beds were fine but shower, toilet, furniture and carpets were very dated. Staffe were fantastic.

Booked 2 of the same rooms through wotif, for a family of four. Asked for the rooms to be next to or close to each other. Arrived at the hotel to be given the keys to two different types of rooms at opposite ends of the hotel, also had to pay more money than I booked for. Not sure who was at fault wotif or the Hotel . Lady at reception was nice and tried to help but couldn't relocate us as they were fully booked.
