Friendly reception staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access via elevator. Nice little balcony with table and 2 chairs. The only downside was some traffic noise.

Was a bit disappointed, we booked the spa suite, an didnt use it due to there being pubic hairs in it, obviously from previous guests

Entrance was dangerous to unit one. One small step then one very small step followed by tracts for sliding door to step over. Entrance should have a grab rail and steps reconstructed to confirm to building regulations.
