The was only one place (RSL) to eat in Swansea. The beds were old.

Hi Colin, thanks for your feedback. Whilst Swansea is not a big town, there are usually at least 3 restaurant options to choose from - as there were on the day of your stay with us. We endeavour to always advise our guests what is open and available for meals and it is also on the information sheet in every room - I apologise if this wasn't communicated clearly. This property is well situated but currently under renovations. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean, there was a bath in our room which was great to soak in after a long drive. The little things count, like washing powder in the room for free use of the washing machine and dryer, a listing of recommended places to eat, as well as a QR code for all the must sees in the area. Highly recommend this place to stay

I wasn't sure if the motel was going to be any good, but we wanted to stay in Swansea. When we checked in, we were told that we had been upgraded to room with water view. That was the start of what was a pleasant stay. We were only there one night. The weather was great, and the view was hard to leave. The room was spacious enough for us. We would have preferred a bigger fridge but that turned out to be the only negative. The staff we met were great.
