Difficult to access by road. Having to come from Punt Road means you see half of Melbourne before getting onto Jolimont Street! Limited parking while transferring luggage. Nearest 'secure' carpark a long way from Mantra - especially for older people or those with access issues.

The property is very tired and old fashioned. The bar and restaurant were not open which was disappointing particularly given the hotel is in the sporting precinct and there was lots of people and activity. We had a 1 bedroom apt for 2 nights, the oven didn’t work so we were relocated. There was no room service so that suited us. We stayed there for convenience but will not stay there ever again
