This was obviously an oversight on our part and we would have been happy to exchange it had you brought it to our attention during your stay. Our pool is small and can get busy on 40 degree days, but we are very close to the Halls Gap pool, a number of lakes and some waterfalls that it is also possible to swim in. We hope you will give us another try, maybe out of peak season when the pool won't be so busy.

Cabin clean and modern however grounds / general exterior of park messy and unkept. Pool and kids room out of order . 😩

Unfortunately the recent rain and storms have done some damage to our pool and park, which we are doing our best to rectify as fast as possible. I apologise that this wasn't available during your stay. We hope you'll come back and give us another try when all the works are finished.

The frontdesk is new but cabin is partially old, the cupboard is high up with all the plates and the pots and pans on bottom cupboard on the floor, the toilet and shower are leaking and kitchen sink is installed with bathroom tap, which is not easy to wash dishes. The shower cubicle is narrow with shower curtain sticked to your body when shower. The windows are every where in the cabin and can say hello to neighbor from inside the cabin windows, also can hear someone talking after 10pm ever though neighbor closing windows and doors, the sound proof are terrible. The potholes on exit driveway are shocking and everywhere, not good impression as the holiday operator. Never went back again ever though need to upgrade to better cabin

These are our oldest and smallest cabins, but we do have a range of cabins available, maybe one of our larger and newer deluxe cabins would have suited your expectations better. The park has been affectd by some potholes thanks to recent amount and intensity of rain the region has received but we are constantly working to manage these, weather-permitting. We hope you will come back and give us another try some time.

Cabins were old and not maintained very well. No privacy inside - can see through windows from outside (no net curtains). 2 bed cabin had 3 bed bunk with the bottom bunk on the floor! Kitchen cupboards - bottom "shelf" was the floor - toaster sitting on the floor - not hygienic at all (needless to say we didn't use it). For cooking all there was a very old 2 element portable "stove" top that sat on the microwave. Roads were full of potholes as well.

Thanks for reviewing your stay. Our budget cabins are on the older side and do not have net curtains, but they do have curtains for privacy. The budget cabins are like a large caravan, in that they have everything you would need for short stay but they do only have a ktichenette, not a full size kitchen. Some families do like the bottom bunk being on the floor as it means less space for children to fall if they roll off, but they are an older style design now. We have also, like most of Victoria, been subject to the rain, storms and floods in the last few weeks, which have done some damage to the roads around the whole area, but we are working to repair these as fast as possible, weather permitting. We hope you will give us another try in the future, one of our larger Deluxe or Spa cabins would probably meet your expectations better.

Cabin was clean and had all the facilities. WIFi was poor but other than that we liked everything. Staff was very friendly.
