The reception staff were great with my grandchildren, the room was pretty good, could do with a bit oh tlc, the beds were very comfortable, the only problem we found was the restaurant staff were rude and very unattractive so we had room service and the food was average, the kids didn’t eat any but the chips.

I have stayed here half a dozen times in the last few years and will always stay here as the rooms are excellent, checking and out is very efficient and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Location is great - shopping, theatre, food! Wifi signal poor - had to use a hotspot. Some mould around the edge of the shower Waited 3 hours for towels. Overall good but missing a few things that took away from the quality of the experience.

Everything was as advertised. Only minor thing was that the air conditioning was so quiet that I wasn’t sure if it was even on. Perhaps a small note about operating the air conditioning in the room could be helpful. I loved the deep spa bath, being able to soak and relax in the bath after a long day walking around exploring Melbourne streets was worth the price of the room.
