Awesome location. 3 min tram ride from the city. 35 min round trip walking The Tan. Great Italian restaurant The Olive Tree close by and ample of coffee shops for that morning coffee after walking The Tan. Room was clean, neat and spacious. Great place to stay.

Room 201 is in poor condition and is urgent need of renovation. Kitchen bench has a major crack, bathroom is extremely tired and unkept. Carpets are worn and curtains are poorly fitted.

Staff were excellent property overall clean. My only comment was carpet in room had ripple (bump) in it that was trip hazard also the fabric chair was was yuck. Fabric furniture is always hard to keep clean and they wear quickly that chair was done. Would stay again.
