Excellent views from the hotel rooms. Good size rooms. Excellent location and very easy bus service to the airport from the 5th floor. Very helpful staff too. Would recommend if you want to be in the Shibuya area.

Nice hotel, but quite expensive. Breakfast was good but very expensive compared to eating out in Tokyo. Location was good, right at Shibuya crossing with train station next door.

Very busy area which is great to be in to get around easy. Very close to Shibuya station. The hotel itself wasn't anything spectacular and cleanliness of room was slightly concerning. Found a sock behind a chair and a billfold on the desk when checked in that should have been easily seen by cleaning staff. That concerns me as to what else they missed. Staff at lobby were in general good except for one gentleman who attempted to block me from accessing the front desk when I returned from being out. It was closet to nighttime and I had a question for the front desk. Instead of welcoming a potential guest to the hotel he said hello and blocked my way. Very offputting. He could of said oh hello are you a guest rather than just being physically intimidating. So if you want to be close to Shibuya crossing and station then this could work for you but honestly for the price and what you actually get you might want to look elsewhere.

Great spot with some excellent views of the scramble crossing. Room was spacious if a little dated, compared to the price tag. Staff were lovely and helpful. But it’s an excellent spot for exploring and so many dining options around and about.
