This establishment truly sets the standard for cleanliness, with impeccably maintained rooms and public areas that left me feeling comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. This hotel is its unbeatable location, with the subway station conveniently located right outside the door. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and get around with ease. Additionally, the surrounding area felt incredibly safe, providing peace of mind during my travels. So many shopping options nearby and a wide variety of dining choices right at your doorstep, there was never a shortage of things to see and taste during my stay. The only minor downside was the overpowering air freshener in the elevator lobby. Omg! it was terrible waiting for the elevator.

Hotel is in a very good location, walkable distance from interesting places. Hotel needs some maintenance, replace carpets, etc. Breakfast is good, however the area is small compared with hotel size and you need to reserve a time. Front desk Adrian and Paula were very helpful. Raul and the guys at restaurant were also very polite and attentive.

Great base for a trip to Madrid, quite close to the palace, cathedral, opera house, fabulous shopping and some great green park space. Madrid is a great city for site seeing, eating, drinking, shopping and just enjoying yourself
