Overall, it wasn't a bad stay but it wasn't the best either. Pros: -Hotel is very close to Le Grand Place and Brussels Centraal station -The staff is extremely nice and helpful -Lobby is welcoming with complementary Nespresso coffee -Easy to check in/out using kiosk Cons: -The standard double room I had was incredibly small; I would say it was smaller than the equivalent type of room at any hotel in Tokyo. -There were three flying moth-like insects in the room that I just couldn't kill so they annoyed me for four nights. -The walls of the room had weird stains on them and it made the rest of the room just feel dingy and dirty.

This was an amazing hotel. Very clean and a unique hotel like no other. It was modern and fast to check in and out with self service option too. It is a must to stay at this hotel if you are staying in Brussels, the location is perfect near the bars, restaurants and shops, and train stations with only a few minutes walk. There is some great surprises at the hotel which were funny and very generous but I will leave that for you to find out. Me and my husband had an amazing stay for a city break for the first time. I would highly recommend this hotel it will not disappoint :) x thank you x

The hotel is in an excellent location, two blocks from the central station, close to shopping galleries, St Michael’s Cathedral. There was good coffee for free at the front desk. Staff were nice and helpful. There were many restaurants really close.
