I booked my room through Expedia and paid for my room with Expedia. When I got to the hotel the front desk charged my card for the room again when I asked why they informed me it was for incidental and it would fall off.
2 days later my card was charged from both Expedia and the hotel when I called I spoke to Tanya the manager and instead of apologizing she said I had to call Expedia for the refund. I have never had to call Expedia for a refund. She never apologized informed thier error she asked me to send her my bank statement. When I called her back to make sure she received my email she said she was too busy at 830 am checking people in lol we know that’s a lie. She said she put in a request for corporate to look into it and now I’m waiting days for my money back. I will take this further as they don’t know what they are doing.
