Its was good. The only thing is that the reception is not in the building itself but a block away. Pretty hard the first time to check in since we were carrying luggages. Stairs are narrow a little challenging for the luggages. Our rooms is in the 2nd & 3rd floor. But overall very nice.

Tough check in, but a lovely place to stay
The location was perfect, and the room spacious and well organized. I did enjoy my stay. The only inconvenience was that I was requested to check in down the street and drag my luggage back and forth, there was no reception on the spot. Other than that I was quite happy with the apartment.

All I could ask for
The room was very nice and provides everything you can ask for. Nevertheless, there are minor issues: 1) the doorknob on the room-door was just hanging down, which doesnt give exactly the feeling of safety, 2) you need to pick up keys two blocks away as it has no reception, 3) third floor with no elevator (not an issue for me, but quite complicated for others).

Tracatel hotel
Booked in a hurry, and assumed it was the same as / attached to Satellite Hotel, which is on the same street but about 200 meters up. Still have to check in Satellite though. The ground floor that I got would not be my first choice. The curtains on one window too narrow and do not block the light / view. There is however a dial to pull down built in shatters but was not aware of this facility. While vey similar to Satellite, prefer Satellite since reception available. I had to call Satellite to get batteries for remote control (which were apparently removed by previous guest!)

I stayed for two days. The hotel is well located - 7 minutes walking distance to most EC offices -, and 5 minutes to bus 12 (airport express). Cozy and clean.

could be better
Have to go up and the road to book in! Not clear instructions for this needed to be plainer. Steep stairs not a lot of room on them for you and cases. Room very clean but lacked facilities i.e. One chair not two . shower leeks all over floor but beds are clean and comfortable.
