I stayed here for a week at the end of Nov./early Dec. Loved having a kitchenette and window. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Great for someone with limited mobility. Front staff was friendly and courteous. The location was an easy walk to dining in the Bastille area, a short walk to the Chemin Vert metro and Bus 69. It is also across the street from the Marche Bastille. It was safe area to walk around even at night. You need your key to enter the building. They also provide umbrellas which was a great touch! The only downside was that the bathroom could use some TLC. The shower head fell during our stay but it was still functional. One thing that could be easily improved is to keep people from smoking at the entrance. There were times when I had to walk through smoke to enter the building.

The aparthotel room was clean and spacious! We loved that there was an entryway that was separated from the rest of the room. The staff was also very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris!
