The apartment is in a quiet street in the center of many major tourist attractions within a walking distance. He room was clean. The bed has a spring mattress so it is somewhat uncomfortable. The windows to our apartment were facing a courtyard which I m sure it is normally quiet BUT during our stay in April 2024, there was a construction happening that was starting at 7am every day and lasts the entire day. For thost who like to sleep in and have siesta, it may be annoying. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing. I have no cons about this place just an overall amazing experience in Seville! Staff was so nice and helpful! Everything was super clean! The only bad thing if I had to nit-pick one thing is the the bed is two twins put together. But that was not even a problem since we felt so happy staying here. Can't wait to come back with my kids! Perfect Location!

Best location and apartment great for what we needed. Looked a little tired but clean and having a small kitchen was lovely so we could stop at the mini market to get supplies.Reception helpful for anything we needed. Had some noise due to inconsiderate people banging doors and allowing children to be noisy in the hallway late at night.

This is a comfortable, well-run hotel in the Barrio Santa Cruz, close to the Giralda and not far from the Alcazar. The staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. We had an apartment on the ground floor-- a little noisy, but this is to be expected given the convenient location. It had a small, useful kitchen, and a living room, in addition to a comfortable bedroom with a safe big enough to put computers in. Outside it was a quiet courtyard that guests can use, and what looked to be free bikes, which we were tempted to try but didn't. Solid breakfast for 10 euro a day.
