The rooms are spacious and cozy, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The staff is friendly and the location is perfect for diving into Austin's lively vibe. If you want a genuine ant home experience, this is the spot to book for your stay in Austin! We will be back often.

Apparently everyone pays a $150 security deposit. Unclear when you get it back. I asked for early check in. Instead my room wasn’t ready until an hour after NORMAL check in. At first they said they had no idea when it would be ready. I had nowhere else to go and they didn’t offer me any compensation or discount or bar credit for while I just wait in the lounge with all my stuff. My room smelled like sewage but it turned out it was just a pillow that smelled weird. Really noisy all night even on 7th floor because of a club next door. Unlike other hotels they don’t have a free shuttle for the area around. Breakfast was complimentary and great.
