One of the staff members during the late night check in was quite impolite and unfriendly. The other staff member who helped us with our luggage was very friendly and helpful though. Rooms are clean but very small and we could not open our luggages in the limited space. Hot water was not available after showering for a while. Furthermore, we were charged a compulsory service fee per room which wasn't mentioned upfront at any point during the booking or check in process. The only positive with this hotel is the location with many shops and cafes within walking distance.

Stayed at this hotel twice now, First time was absolutely lovely. This time round was also very nice. lovely staff but had a few problems with tv remote connecting to tv. and bathroom door not being able to shut properly. room was also very warm even tho we turned it down to the lowest. these problems are minor and still had a lovely time wonderful and helpful staff

There are always loud people hanging outside the building across the street. Not sure why…or what they’re doing there.

Nice place, in a very quiet area that lets you forget you’re actually in London. Only negatives were the pillows which weren’t good enough and very slim and you only get 1 pp and the breakfast was just poor. Who has Cajun chicken panini for breakfast? Apart from this it’s was a good place.

The hotel is in a great location and easily accessible via subway with multiple stations close by. The room was clean but the bathroom design needs some work. The sinks never drained properly and there was always water sitting in there.
