The location, overall presentation and staff on front desk were amazing. But for us, the shower in the bathroom was not working properly. We asked it to be looked at, but noone did while we stayed. It took the edge of a lovely experience, which is a shame as everything else was amazing.

I stayed here for one week with my girlfriend for our Amsterdam trip. We had a great experience staying at Albus hotel! The location was perfectly close to all our travel list to dos and activities. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was perfect for our stay. My only complaints is the thin walls/floors, we could hear just about every movement and footsteps from all around us throughout the day and night. Also the wifi wasn’t great. Overall we absolutely loved our stay with Albus and highly recommend it, will love to come back our next trip to Amsterdam!!

We stayed with our 2 children. The hotel was really well set up for a family. They provided a cot and the kids gift bag on arrival was a really nice touch. Facilities excellent. Room was very nice and spacious and had everything we needed. Great location too, very central. Lots of dining options nearby, close to all the sights. Staff very helpful too. Would definitely stay again.

While the lobby was under construction, it didn’t disrupt our stay. The rooms were fresh and clean. Staff was helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast had lots of options. Location is great for walking about and metro is about 10 minute walk.
