I was very disappointed with my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Milan North. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, the room was dirty and the bed was smelly. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness and comfort. The staff seemed to resolve any issues with the minimum possible effort, or sometimes not at all. For example, when I asked to clean my room, they said they would later, but they never did. The room was not cleaned properly and the bed was not fresh. There were stains on the sheets and the pillows, and the bed always smelled sweaty.
