Great location but an odd hotel. It does not have 24/7 front desk, it does not have a front desk. Manager met us and never saw him again. Odd decorations which make sense for theme but also dusty and a odd smell. The location was very nice. Loud at night but we liked the activity in the area so that was fine. Bed uncomfortable. Was on a slant, yes old building but could just have put something under the bottom of the bed to even it out. Pillows very small. Place was ok but can do better in the area

We were very disappointed! This place worth $30 a night. We booked this hotel for 5 nights and it was the worst experience. The place smells so bad, toilet not flushing, shower drain is not working, the water and the lights keep turning off like you are in public washroom . No housekeeping, no front desk, they empty our garbage once never change our sheets for 6 days.

We loved our stay at the Pessoa! Henrique was a warm and generous host who welcomed us with open arms. I would happily stay here again. The location is perfect for anyone who would like to stay in walking distance from the historical center and is near all public transport.

Good central location if you don’t mind a little noise in the evenings as it’s located in the older part of San Sebastián Our room had a small balcony that opened onto a busy area but once closed the noise wasn’t too bad. Short walking distance to bars restaurants & beach Our space was clean, walk-in shower with curtain, good water pressure, WiFi worked well The Manager | Owner was helpful & cheery Good place for couples

Wonderfully Different
A wonderful "quirky" place...loved it ! And in the middle of all the action......fab restaurants etc... We took the Superior room with the en-suite, and to be honest we looked at the shared WC facilities and they looked very acceptable to. Very recommended.
