Sheets didn’t even stay on the mattress. Could see dirty stains in it. Shower drain kept falling and clogging the shower. Had to switch rooms due to the sink not draining. Shower curtain had stains on it like it hasn’t been switched out. Staff was never at the front desk, nor did they answer the phone when we tried to contact them.

Nice property, well maintained. Breakfast is good. Water pressure and anount of towels in room is good. Only issue would be to replace mattresses. Ours was a coil mattress and has been in use many many years.

Will stay again. Few things to be aware of.
I've stayed at this numerous times over the years since it has opened, and have been quite happy with things. This recent stay(all on second floor)...intial room that they had for me, the lock/fob device to open the room was not working. Was then moved to a room a couple doors down. The tv in that room was not working, there was what appeared to be black mold or mildew around 1 of the 2 the heater/ac units. The bathroom shower stall floor had a large crack and was broken (took pics) Potential to injure yourself if you were to slip or weren't paying attention to how you stood in the shower. (Also potential water leakage and/or damage if that doesnt get fixed.) Finally got put into a third room on the other side of the hotel. All was good minus one of 2 tvs not working. A family member of mine also stayed there on the first floor, and they had to switch rooms. Broken toliet in first room, and second room also had major cracks on floor of shower. Housekeeping presence was nice. Check out wasnt until 11am, but when they saw me starting to leave the room at 930 they sat right by my room and waited for me to leave so they could clean. Give a person a little room to checkout please. I had multiple trips to make and felt quite rushed.

Not worth the headache or money
Yikes. As someone who has been living in hotels as of recent (for work), I was very disappointed in this place. First-VERY CLEAN. Kudos to the staff! The rest is a disappointment. Our first room the toilet was broken. Was told by the front desk this was common. I explained we could fix for a discount but was told they couldn’t do so. So we switched rooms. This next room had a crack in the shower (handicap) which was full of water under and you could feel it as you showered. Definitely going to be a disaster for the hotel. Next the heat. We had the thermostat at 59 but the room was 78 the entire time. We were exhausted and didn’t want to move again (like other guests had to that night) so we slept with no bedding for two nights. Came to check out Sunday am and to get water and no one around. Wanted to express concerns but no management on site either.

Dirty towel left in the bottom of the refrigerator that was leaking. Refrigerator did not work in my room. Traveling with kids and pool was closed not working. Breakfast was very limited. Not worth the price that was paid for the night.
