My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights during carnival. Communication with the owner Suzzette was always fast, before and during the trip. The location is perfect. Near the beach, park, several groceries stores, restaurants, metro. The apartment is exactly as described. Small but very good use of space, perfect for 2 people, has all the basics. The day we arrived was my birthday and Suzzette gifted me a bottle of champagne and some souvenirs from Brazil. They also had some drinks, chocolates, masks and necklaces for carnival for us. 24 hour security. Overall, excellent experience, we would gladly stay again. Thanks for everything Suzzette!

This was my second stay at this property (I have a review from April 2022 already) and it was as great as the first time! I'm not going to go over what I reviewed last year, but this property has EVERYTHING I could ask for: clean, secure building. Ideally located with everything within a 5 minute walk from the apartment: Metro, grocery, dining, and Flamengo beach just to name a few things. The apartment has everything I could need: fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels/sheets and bathroom supplies, it's simply a great place to be in Rio! My only downside would be that the bathroom is rather small, this coming from a small person, so if you like taking showers with another person, you may not be able to here. The owner and her son are very good at communicating and are very helpful; they even left a bottle of water, some Cokes, and beers for me in the fridge upon arrival! :) I highly recommend this property if you plan to spend a few days or weeks in this incredible city. When I get back to Rio, this will be my first choice for accommodations.

Overall, this was an excellent stay! The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be in a quiet yet central neighborhood. There is everything one would need; grocery shops, restaurants, and easy access to the Metro.The building is very secure with security 24/7 and neighbors in the building seemed very respectful of noise. The apartment has pretty much everything one would need for an extended stay, and extra of everything necessary like toilet paper and towels, PLENTY of extra towels! The only negative I would say is that it's not really for three people as advertised, unless they are really small people or family. I was there solo and could see staying with another adult comfortably, but two adults plus me? That would be really crowded in my opinion. Even with that, I would have no problem staying here again! The owner is very good at communicating and very helpful when I needed something. Highly recommend this location.

Perfectly located, very well equipped apartment with a very welcoming host
This apartment is perfectly located in Flamengo, 3 minutes walk to the Metro station with lots of bars, restaurants and shops very close by. Flamengo beach and park are also 5 minutes walk away. The host had excellent communication and met me when I arrived to give me the keys and show me around the apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and clean and is exactly as shown in the photos with plenty of storage space, spare towels and blankets. Definitely recommend for those travelling alone or as a couple.

Dona Suzette e seu Jorge, a recpcao de vcs foi incrível, desde a atenção antes da estadia, no check in e no check out. Apartamento incrível, aconchegante próximo a restaurantes, bares, farmácias e outros. Apartamento todo equipado para o nosso conforto. Ótimo Apartamento em Rio de Janeiro
Nossa estadia de 13 dias no apartamento da Suzette foi excelente. O apartamento é exatamente igual ao anúncio. Possui vários itens que em outros não tem, como por ex: ferro de passar roupa, cabides no armário, sabão e sabonetes, papel higiênico, todos os utensílios de cozinha, forninho elétrico e microondas, tudo!! Recomendo muito e a Suzette assim como seu filho Jorge são excepcionais anfitriões. Ela responde prontamente qualquer mensagem. E a localização é simplesmente perfeita. Gostei muito mesmo!
