Fantastic residence and location
What can we say. To be across from the Coliseum and Firum and see them from the rooftop patio was spectacular. Apartment was great and communication and check in were easy. Highly recommended!

Rooftop Elegance in Rome
I was directed to this property from a previous on-line review - was everything we hoped for - rooftop penthouse blocks from Colosseum with amazing views - nice neighborhood - great little coffee shop on the corner with all we needed - coffees- water - pastries - beer - slushies - 3 nice sized beds - 2 full baths - AC - rooftop deck - quiet- easy for Uber to bring us around - met the owner on 2 occasions - very nice - would highly recommend and would book here again

It was beyond amazing!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is even more amazing than the pictures. Evenings were the best with the sunset over the skyline. Candy, Nikki and Michelle were very communicative and helpful at many levels. The apartment was very comfortable and the area was exactly where we wanted to be. We were able to walk to anywhere we wanted to go. We used the taxi number Candy gave to us which worked perfectly for the taxis we took. We highly recommend!!

The location of this apartment was a highlight of our trip
I don't know what to say is the most amazing amount this location: the rooftop terrace and having breakfast while overlooking the Colosseum, the location - a stone's throw from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum as well as the Colosseu metro stop, or the awesome and responsive host and onsite manager. If you have the chance to book this location, I'd consider it the #1 option in Rome. We stayed with 3 couples and the space fit us well.

It is everything you want when visiting Rome
The initial view of the property and comments cemented our decision to stay here. With a family of 5 which included a teenager it was important to have a room for the family. This did not disappoint. As if often stated, location, location, location is an important factor. This was exactly the best outcome for us to be in this area. Blocks away from the colosseum and with a view from the property made it so enticing. The owner and helper were most communicative and was encouraging and helpful at every instance. It was a highlight of our trip to be in such a location. We cannot thank the owner and assistant in providing such a spectacular apartment. The patio is a focal point of viewing the landscape with steps away from the colosseum. We even took advantage of a Cooking class next door to the apartment. The family loved the experience. So yes, recommend

Great location. Patio is spectacular. The apartment is quite small, but if the weather is nice, you will spend most of your time out and about or up on the terrace. If you are counting on the elevator, know that the elevator does not go all the way up to the flat. There is still one flight of stairs, which is quite small. Not to take away from the flat at all, just something to be aware of.

Amazing apartment!
We had such a great stay here. The views are unbelievable and the host went above and beyond. I still cant believe that we were able to watch the sunset with a glass of wine looking over the Colosseum every night! Do not hesitate to book this place if you get the chance!
