You will appreciate my flat for these reasons: new location, romantic place, comfortable, intimate, located in a historic building, wonderful flat of 65m2. Dishwasher, coffee machine, flat is suitable for couples, adventurers, families and business trips. A wonderful apartment located on the 2nd floor, completely renovated. Bright living area with a sofa bed and a classic kitchen with an induction cooker, a coffee machine, a kettle and a microwave. Large windowed bathroom with shower. Main bedroom with 180x200 King Size double bed. Second bedroom with 80x200 bunk bed. House is complete with all the amenities: "Essentials" - top quality towels and linens, dishwasher, fridge with frizzer, air conditioning, high speed WiFi heating. Possibility of additional place in the sofa bed, cot and high chair on request.

Beautiful apartment in the Heart of Bologna. The station was within walking distance to get to most places we wanted to visit. The restaurants were exceptional, accessible right from the front door.

Very loud nights
Central location, close to great food in the city center. Parking is difficult. Listing states check in is at 2pm, but we weren’t let in until 5pm. The apartment would be comfortable for a single visitor or honeymooners. The streets outside the windows are extremely crowded. I’d recommend bringing earplugs as none are provided (also possible to maximize your level of intoxication, if you prefer). Navigating the street to get to to the apartment involves much crowd finessing and a strong willingness to push through people. Once inside there are several things to know: the blackout shades are essential. They are the outermost layer and come down with a string on the righthand side. The hand towels are rolled inside your bath towel. The plates are in the bottom cabinet. The neighbors are kind and helpful.

All the action
In the heart of Bologna, you won’t need to walk more than out the front door for food and wine, a block from shopping and taxis, busses, or anything else you need get. Clean and comfortable with a great shower, even if it is a little small. Lift didn’t work when we arrived but was fixed within hours.

Better than expected!
The property could not be better located; however, it is extremely loud until the restaurants/bars shut down. The photos online do not do the place justice. Better this way than the other way around!! The place is spotless, great shower, good beds and linens, cute place and very roomy for 4 people. Soaps, shampoo and Kleenex provided (nice touch and greatly appreciated). Kitchen was well equipped and essentials provided but we did not use it. Huge television as well but did not use this either, but it was a nice feature to see. Overall great and if you are tired enough, you will sleep through the noise.
