    The apartment is easily and conveniently accessible from the gates of the city and at the same time close to the main areas of historical, artistic and gastronomic interest. It is located in one of the two oldest areas in town, on the 1st floor with a private and independent front door, an entrance hall at the ground floor with the easy stairs inside the property leading up to the apartment which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large living room. You will also have a kitchen and two bathrooms, both with showers.
    It is completely renovated , modernly furnished and gently lit, equipped with central heating and air conditioning, 32-inch LCD TV with satellite connection, wi-fi, washing and drying machine, iron and ironing board, electrical and microwave oven, hair dryer and everything else needed for a relaxing and comfortable holiday, including a cot and a high chair for your child. All the floors are in parquet with warm tone.
    The closeness of the famous Rialto market and the presence of numerous grocery stores, offers the possibility to program excellent dinners; alternatively, you will find a wide range of inns, taverns, restaurants and pizzerias for every taste.
    In the living room-entrance there are two comfortable sofas with three people each, an armchair, a 32-inch LCD TV with satellite connection, a desk, free wi-fi and a wide choice of books guides dedicated to Venice.
    In the utility room there is a washing and dryer machine, an iron and ironing board.
    I hope that you will enjoy the photos taken by my husband Andrea and the detailed maps of the area where the apartment is located, with some suggestions on restaurants and useful addresses close by. You will do my best to make you feel at ease in your Venetian home.
    But above all, you will appreciate the many spots away from the crowds, full of history, charm and poetry, quiet and romantic, all of them to be discovered with the necessary calm to learn to love this city.

    Wow, what a beautiful apartment in Venice. It was better than expected. The host stayed in contact with us until the time we arrived at the water taxi station and led us to the apt. She definitely went above and beyond our expectation.

    Great location for busy summer!
    Very nice apartment in a wonderful location away from the busier crowds. Rosa was a great host with lots of good info on where to eat like a local! Comfortable and clean apartment for four people. Nice to have a washer/dryer combo for doing laundry. All was wonderful. Would have been even better if the two bedrooms had independent AC units as we did have to sleep with the bedroom doors open to get decent air flow at night. Overall would stay again.

    Great location, great space and great host!
    This apartment is the perfect space for visiting Venice! It's exceptionally well maintained, very clean and located centrally in Venice. Once you get your bearings in Venice you will find most things you want to see are likely a short walk away! The host was great, truly amazing! Rosa took care of my family. She has a helpful book collection, map and list of suggested restaurants nearby. She was always quick to reply to any requests. Coffee was provided and the kitchen had all the tools you'd need to cook meals at home. She even provided us a baked good as a gift! I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend this space to anyone visiting Venice!

    This property was the ideal location for our trip. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious and just what we needed for our family vacation. All the extra touches - meeting us at the water taxi, the Italian cookies - all were perfect. We will be back!

    Great apartment near everything
    Rosa met us at the water taxi and walked us to the apartment, just like our previous stay. She gave us an overivew of the apartment and neighborhood and left us maps and suggestions for restaurants, exhibitions, and shopping. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for the week. It was also in a great location, just minutes away from everything we wanted to do and see. The wifi worked well, as did the kitchen and the laundry. The living room and bed rooms were very spacious and comfortable.
