My friends and I stayed at Ivan’s apartment for our 50th birthday celebration in Paris. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Great location, comfortable and just as pictured. We were greeted with a lovely cheese plate and bottle of champagne. We loved our stay!

Great apartment for our week in Paris.
We really enjoyed this apartment. We are a family of four with two adults and two kids ages 11 and 16. The setup of the apartment with two bedrooms, one bedroom with queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds was ideal, as was two full bathrooms. The apartment was charming and nicely decorated. The location was good and not crowded or touristy. We enjoyed a number of the restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood during our visit. The apartment is convenient to the Arts and Metiers metro station.

I recently stayed at Ivan’s lovely apartment in Les Marais for the second time, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. When we arrived, it felt like a home away from home, providing everything our family needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it a breeze to prepare meals during our stay. The two bedrooms were comfortable, and the beds were cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathrooms were clean, spacious, and stocked with fresh towels. We appreciated the attention to detail in providing all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. Situated in the vibrant neighborhood of Les Marais, we were just steps away from numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops. The communication with Ivan and Fayçal was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a memorable and delightful stay in Paris.

A wonderful place to stay
This was a charming flat in the marais with attention to detail. Comfortable beds with nice linens, slippers provided. Ivan and Faycal were welcoming, even ordering Nespresso pods for us to have on our arrival. Faycal was very helpful answering our questions and making sure our transportation got us to the train station on time. We hope this flat is available on our return trip!

A special property, highly recommend

Cute Comfy Place
Very nice, clean, comfy flat in the Marais. Good walking location to everything. Very comfy beds to sleep after a long day of touring. The only issue was check in. We waited outside flat for 10 minutes, we thought Faycal was going to meet us there since he arranged our transport. I recommend getting all Faycal's contact info and over communicate your arrival time and confirm he will be waiting there.
