The Barocco Noto holiday home consists of two double bedrooms, complete with kits and sheets. Each window of the house is equipped with mosquito nets and the whole environment is air conditioned. The apartment can comfortably accommodate four adults and a baby bed if necessary. The bathroom includes a shower cabin with hydromassage and radio. Very large kitchen with dishes, refrigerator, freezer, stove with four burners, electric oven. The kitchen has a coffee machine with pods, a forty-inch smart TV. Possibility to park nearby. Eighty meters equipped terrace, in summer with deck chairs, gazebo, table, chairs and sitting area. In winter the terrace is equipped with deck chairs, table with chairs and the gazebo is replaced by an umbrella. Free Wi-Fi

Incredible place in Noto!
Noto is spectacular but if you rent a car it can be challenging to park. This apartment was super convenient because we could find parking every day almost in front of the building. It was a 5 min walk to the Main street where all the activities were. The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The terrace was stunning and huge…an oasis. Eleonora was super helpful and communicative. She let us arrive earlier than the check in time. We would definitely come back … we truly enjoyed it.

Perfect Noto apartment with terrace
Stylish, simple and clean. Good, comfortable beds. Best feature is large private terrace with many beautiful plants. Alessadra and her father were very helpful and kind. Quiet neighbourhood. Short walk to central Noto. We enjoyed a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay in lovely apartment
A perfect place to stay. This is the first time that we have rented an apartment rather than a hotel. Such a good choice. What a lovely place to stay with the most wonderful roof terrace. Very nice comfortable bedrooms, lovely bathroom with amazing shower. Lovely well equipped kitchen, everything that you need was provided and our host Joseph was helpful and kind, we also received his home grown almonds and syrup. Just the perfect place to stay.

Fabulous property, fabulous owners and fabulous Noto!!
The owners were so kind and helpful, even though there was a language gap; we found a way to understand each other. Great house, with an amazing roof terrace - home produced limoncellos, home grown almonds, cake and local wine - enhanced our stay. The house is so close to the centre of Noto; we had a marvellous time. Big thanks to Giuseppe and Eleonora. You will not regret staying at this property. Many thanks, Peter and Diane

Fabulous apartment in wonderful Noto
A friend and I just spent four wonderful days based out of Alessandra's apartment in Noto. We cannot say enough good things about the apartment, the communication, and the city. The photos in the listing are quite accurate. The bedrooms are comfortable, the shower high tech and excellent, and the terrace comfortable, well-furnished, and with sunset views. You can tell great care was taken in the renovation of the flat. Everything seems brand new. We did not meet Alessandra but her parents (who live downstairs) greeted us warmly and responded immediately when we had questions about anything. There was coffee and an espresso machine on the counter and milk, juice, water, and wine in the refrigerator when we arrived. Giuseppe (Alessandra's dad) left us a basket of almonds and showed us how to crack them open on an old tree stump on the patio. (Warning, he's an expert; what looked easy when he did it was a bit more challenging to us!) There is easy parking right out front and the apartment is about a ten minute walk from the center of the main street (Corso Umberto). We would definitely stay again.

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt- Vermieter großartig - wir waren zu spät......ein heftiger Regen mit viel Sand hat leider die Terrasse verdreckt - alles kein Problem- Lösung wurde schnell gefunden
