A Spacious Home with a Great View of San Francisco Bay

Come enjoy a California sunset on the deck and watch in its amber Mount Tamalpaise and San Francisco, or relax in the private landscaped front yard in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Fully furnished spacious home. Ideal for a large family of up to eight. Here are a few of its features and location:
A 3 BR 2 BA (2000 sq. ft./186 m sq.) home. Two rooms have queen bed and the third has full bed. It sleeps up to 8 (6 in beds 2 on full size futon). Close to BART (train to SF) (1 mi), Berkeley (8 mi), San Francisco (18 mi), and Napa (30 mi). Spacious, clean and family friendly. Close to restaurants and family-friendly activities including free access to multiple tennis courts. My place is great for couples, and families (with kids). Close to Wild Cat Canyon Park (1mi) and Tilden Park (1 1/2 mi). My favorite Natural Grocery Store and Food Annex is just 3 miles away. Check out their Dad's Cardamom Ice Cream. A food super store (Safeway) is within a mile. My home has all the basic amenities you will need including internet access (wi fi), Direct TV with 250 channels. Kitchen has what you'd typically need to cook and prepare for your family and guests. Plenty of hotel-standard clean towels and linens. There are in-house modern washer and dryer.

I strive to make my house pleasing and hospitable. Seeing my guests leave with a broad smile is my goal.

El Cerrito Stay
The house was great, a good location and wonderful location to all things the Bay area has to offer. The bedrooms were good size as were all the rooms. It was nice to be up in the hills and have great views of the Bay & city. Fassil was a wonderful host, he brought us a rolling pin as we wanted to make Xmas cookies and a CD player! We cooked a lot and the kitchen was very well equipped. The Grocery Outlet store had great prices and was nearby. We would definitely stay again - we loved San Francisco!

Flatlanders visit the hills.
Our family took a trip to visit the Bay Area, and we were very excited when we arrived at this home. The view off of the balcony at the rear of the house is beautiful. Our host was so helpful and gave us tips on how to get around while we were visiting. The home was well taken care of, and all the items needed for our stay were in place when we arrived. Check in was very simple, as was checking out when we had to start on our way back home. I would recommend this home, and host to anyone thinking about visiting San Francico

Convenient location to get around the east Bay Area. Beautiful view of the city, Angel Island and some of the Golden Gate bridge from the back patio. House was clean and spacious. Good communication from owner.

Comfortable, large house with a great host
Fassil was a great, responsive host. We rented the upstairs portion of the house which we liked very much. It's quite scenic to overlook the bay. I'd definitely stay here again. One thing- we couldn't use more than one appliance in the kitchen at the same time as that would cause a circuit overload. Overall the house is maintained well.

Perfect El Cerrito Home
Once again our stay at Fassil's home was perfect, with the colorful sunsets and comforts of home. We generally made breakfast before our daily outings to visit our extended family in the area. We hope to be back.

Everything we needed
A home from home with just about everything you need in the kitchen, lots of dining and sofa space. Keyless Check In was very easy with no chance of losing the keys during your stay. On a clear day the view was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Spacious house with beautiful view of Dan Francisco and the bay.
Comfortable house with everything we needed for a long weekend in the Bay Area. The furniture and the beds were comfortable. We especially loved the deck, the cool evening breeze and the view from the dining room while we ate. The owner is very accomodating and responsive. We would stay there again.

This property was perfect for us - my spouse, adult son and my sister and her spouse. We were attending a wedding at a nearby country club and enjoying the region. The rooms had comfortable beds and linens. There were ample towels and washcloths. We generally just ate breakfast there and the kitchen was well-equipped. There was enough hot water for numerous showers (instant demand hot water heater).
