It was a little run down compared to other hotels in Japan and was dark in the halls. It was nice however to have a washing machine in the room as this was near the end of our trip.

Everything was good except the WIFI. One of the reception ladies at night shift on 3/15 was not helpful, and rude. I asked her a few questions on restaurant reservation and she was unwilling to answer or talked bluntly and with a black face. The lady helped me to check in early morning on 3/14 was cheerful and pleasant,

Ever since the closing of ‘The B’ in Tenjin, I decided to try the Tokyu Stay because of its vicinity and this hotel has now become the main hotel because of its convenient location, the ample size of room and the quiet sleep that can be had on the rear side of the property.
