Amross Motel was a fantastic stop for us on our drive around the South Island. Barry and Donna are so friendly and helpful, have a fantastic knowledge of the local area. The motel is super clean and has everything you could possible need for your stay. Guaranteed parking with no extra cost to your stay is a major plus. We stayed in one of the balcony spa rooms. The spa was very enjoyable after a big day of walking. 10/10 for the Amross Motel

This was a nice place, close to town. We were early and the hosts allowed us to park the car while we had lunch and explored the city until we could check in. The room was nicely equipped with a stocked kitchenette and comfy bed. We would definitely stay here again!

Barry and Donna were excellent hosts. They gave plenty of great advice on places to see and eating options. The place is located in the centre of Dunedin so you can walk to most things. The place is spotless and has just been renovated. I would recommend this place to anyone to stay. Has laundry facilities also.
