I stayed at the Leonardo hotel on the 5th April and after getting a friendly service by the staff and Emma at reception I came back to stay for a full weekend with my family. We booked 2 twin superior rooms and managed to get both rooms side by side. Once again I was met by Emma at reception and she recognised both myself and my daughter who had stayed there just days before. Emma is a real asset to the hotel for the way she will look after you from the moment you check in. All the staff were friendly. It was my daughter’s birthday the day after we were leaving and once I had told Sofia at checkout, she arranged for a goodie bag with sweets and a small Leonardo hotel teddy to go away with. Thank you for your hospitality.

As soon as we walked through to check in, Emma the manager at the check in desk was ever so friendly and helpful. The staff at this hotel have always been accommodating. Love their leisure centre facilities and the sauna, jacuzzi and pool was open until 10pm on the day we had checked in. Definitely going back soon!

The hotel was easy to find, had ample parking, and check in was straightforward, having used the online facility. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed only one night as that was all I required and would use this hotel again for stays in that area.

The thing we wanted to do which was use the leisure facilities we could not and no compassion all we was told should have booked before hand but did not get that email till 3pm on the day of check in.

Bedroom was clean, breakfast was not amazing but ok for a 4 star hotel… Easy to park. The pool was clean, the staff working on the 9th march was amazing. Why one star? Well if you forget an item in the hotel, doesn’t matter how expensive it is, no one will move a fingir to help to try to find it… I has to drive back for hours, to find the item kept in their laundry cupboard… in two hours between my call and arriving at the premises, no one was able to look for the item… lack of care, awful customer care, etc… won’t be back for sure…
