Poor quality matress. Terrible pillows. The property is old and due for a renovations. This one is not up to the high standards Iam used to at other Hilton Homewood Suites locations.

Kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool and the hot tub. We had the two beds suite and it was in good shape. The door with phone app access is also good high tech. Complimentary Breakfast was satisfactory given it is complimentary. I like that the staff ensure rules are being followed such as not bringing breakfast to their room! I believe there is great value for what you paid.

We arrived at night, so can't say for sure, but seemed rather industrial. No obvious signage at the corner so missed the turn first time around. The staff however, are fantastic.

access to shopping for family and kids, however, even with the bump to another sister property, the hotel did not have two beds left in the facility and we were forced to use a cot, they did provide us with a breakfast voucher for one day which was much appreciated; the slide was not operational, other than that it was good stay
