Mi experiencia en el hotel fue excelente en general. El servicio fue impecable, el personal fue amable y atento en todo momento, y la limpieza de las habitaciones fue de alta calidad. Sin embargo, debo señalar que las instalaciones del hotel parecen ser un poco antiguas. Aunque esto no afectó significativamente mi estancia, creo que una actualización de las instalaciones podría mejorar aún más la experiencia de los huéspedes en el futuro

Las instalaciones agradables y el hecho de haber sido una plaza de toros le da un toque especial. Sin embargo, No puedes hacer un evento de DJ´s y esperar que los huespedes esten "OK" con un par de bebidas despues de la musica a todo hasta las 2 am!. Si vas a rentar el hotel no puedes tener huespedes. A nosotros nos avisaron un día antes de llegar y únicamente por que nosotros nos comunicamos para preguntar algo totalmente diferente. Me imagino cuantos eventos, bodas, etc harán ahi y los huespedes ajenos a ello se tienen que echar todo el ruido. Eso esta pésimamente organizado. Las habitaciones ni siquiera tienen cristales anti ruido. Muy pero muy mal. Por lo que no regresaria a ese hotel, a Zacatecas si, pero a ese hotel definitivamente no!
