Registered with the Generalitat de Catalunya HUTG- 006248. It sleeps up to 4 people and is located on the 4th floor of a building accessible to people with reduced mobility.
From the balcony, equipped with rocking chaiis, you can enjoy the sea view, ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Completely renovated, the spacious flat offers all the comforts you need for a successful holiday:

Although I would like to stress the quietness of the flat and the building (for your information in the building live families - most of them Spanish retired families, who stay all year round), I must inform you that the flat is in an urban area.

Furthermore, I have to inform you that after bad experiences, in no case I rent the flat to groups of young people under 25 years old.

Parking - Blanes Town Hall has included the flat in an area reserved only for resident neighbours from 15/06 to 15/09. I facilitate you a closed and covered parking space in a car park at 200 mts. from the flat at no extra cost. Impossible to facilitate you a place more pocket because there is not one. This fact of the parking restrictions has given more tranquillity to the flat.

Perfect location
Domingo's apartment is perfectly located for the beach, shops and just a few minutes walk to the town centre. The facilities in the property are excellent and all the rooms are a good size. Domingo is very friendly and accommodating & is very keen to ensure that your stay at his apartment is enjoyable. His communications are very efficient and he is very helpful. We had a great holiday at Blanes which has beautiful beaches and also is a perfect location for wonderful coastal walks, and visits to Barcelona, Tossa de Mar etc. Thanks Domingo!!

Excellent location and really helpful property owner.
The appartment was clean, warm and comfortable, as well as close to the promenade. The owner was helpful and in regular touch by email when necessary. There were lots of things to do in the town, even in low season, and it was convenient for visits to nearby places of interest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property.

Fantastic
First of all I want to thank Domingo for being a perfect host to his apartment but even more than that for coming to pick us up from Girona and at our departure taking us to the Barcelona airport. The apartment is very comfortable, there was plenty of paper goods and condiments for us to use during our four week stay. When I needed some information on how to use the oven he responded to my text within couple of minutes. He really wants people staying at his apartment to feel comfortable. The location of the apartment is great; bus stops, super markets, bakeries, fish market, meat market all within steps. The view from the living room window is breathtaking. I will certainly return and enjoy my walks to the flea market on Mondays and farmer's market five days a week. One doesn't need a car while staying in Blanes as there are buses and trains going to several destinations. Thank you Domingo for being so generous, attentive and caring towards your tenants.

C'est la deuxième fois qu'on vient à Blanes. C'est toujours avec plaisir qu'on revient dans l'appartement de Domingo. Très bien situé, très proche de la plage et des commerces cet appartement est très intime et très convivial. Utilé de tout ce que on a besoin pour passer un bon séjour en famille. Domingo est toujours à l'écoute et toujours désireux d'aider et de faire ces clients se sentir comme chez eux. Le dicton "latino" - mi casa es su casa - est tout à fait vrai dans ce cas. On va revenir avec plaisir.

Urlaub in Blanes 2015
Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben zwei sehr erholsamen Wochen in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Zeit haben wir sehr genossen. Die gesamte Abwicklung ab dem ersten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter bis Abreise und die Wohnung Abgabe war sehr angenehm, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und nett, alle Fragen wurden zügig beantwortet. Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der in FeWo gegebenen Beschreibung. Sauber, ordentlich und mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer. Die haben wir jeden Tag genossen!!! Zum schönen Sandstrand von Blanes sind es höchstens 2 - 3 Gehminuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für so einen Urlaub braucht. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht : Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Obst-, und Gemüse Laden, Restaurants, usw. Für alle, die in Blanes ihr Urlaub verbringen möchten, können wir diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen ! Kleiner Tipp: lasst ihr Auto nicht lange neben dem Haus stehen. Da ist ein Parkverbot für die Gäste mit eine große Wahrscheinlichkeit einen teuren Zettel auf die Windschutzscheibe zu finden. Sollten wir noch mal nach Blanes fahren, werden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen! Moltes gràcies, Domingo!!!

Zum 2. Mal in dieser Wohnung !
Nachdem wir im April 2013 in dieser Wohnung waren, sind wir jetzt im Herbst 2015 noch einmal hier gewesen. Die Wohnung hat uns - wie auch beim ersten Mal - gut gefallen; der Kontakt zum Vermieter war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr gut. Wir haben die Sonne, das Wetter, den Ausblick auf das Meer (vom Wohnzimmerfenster) sehr genossen. Alles in allem: Wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung können wir absolut weiterempfehlen.

Blanes est une petite ville cotiere tres agreable à caractère familial avec une tres belle plage et de nombreuses ballades dans la région, soit à pied , soit en vélo , quant au logement , rien à redire , il est tres bien équipé , bien situé et le propriétaire est tres avenant , et de tres bon conseil . c'est une location à conseiller sans réserve ou nous retourneront tres certainement

Schönes Apartment mit Blick aufs Meer
Wir waren eine Woche im Februar in dieser angenehmen Wohnung. Es war komfortabel, die Heizung hat gut funktioniert, alles war sauber und wir hatten einen spektakulären Bilck aufs Meer. Den Gastgeber empfanden wir als sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
