Cute! Little 2 bedroom cottage sits directly behind Frederick William house and on shining sea bike way, close to beach, pond, shops, and across the street from a great local restaurant. Martha's Vineyard is easily accessible, walking distance from the steamship authority. Never pay to park to visit the islands. Perfect location!

This adorable little cottage is nestled right behind the Main House on this lovely estate giving you maximum privacy!! Falmouth's Historic Village Green is just minutes away, as well as Highfiled Hall and Katherine Lee Bates birth home (author of America the Beautiful). Whale watch tours, dinner cruises, and fishing charters can be had right from our very own Falmouth Harbor. And if you love antiques, be sure to take in some of the local antique shops and summer events.

Festivals and different special town attractions are scheduled throughout the year, so if you are looking for a specific experience or even, just call to find out more. There is always something fun happening in Falmouth. Come see our Strawberry festival, or our Scallop festival, or take in the fall colors, or visit us during the winter holidays. Excellent Weekend Getaway
Excellent communication from the hosts. Incredibly clean. Gorgeous back garden and wonderful access to the bike path and therefore all of Falmouth over the crazy holiday season. Great parking for our group along with our bikes etc for the triathlon. The house was very comfortable for our stay.

Great location right on the hike trail and walking distance to the parking lot to catch the bus to the ferry to Martha’s vinyard. House was very clean and cozy. We were able to do some laundry and get takeout and eat in one night. Def would recommend this place!!

Accommodating is an understatement!
We were excited to get to the Cape and start our adventure. In fact, we were so excited that we arrived a few hours early. Jeanette did everything in her power to get us into the cottage early and we greatly appreciated that. We were interested in getting a reservation but weren't sure where. Jeanette not only gave us a great selection but hoped on the phone and reserved us a table. There were six of us and there are two rooms, each with a queen bed. I had one of the rooms with a bed and personally slept like a baby. One couple had the fold out couch and they still slept fine. The one thing I would say was that it was a hot day and there was no A/C in the living room/couch area, but we left the door open to adjacent room so the A/C from our room could filter in and it was fine. The cottage also has a private fire pit and a quaint gift shop, we thoroughly enjoyed both. Parking can get a little packed so make sure to get your spot early. Overall, we had a great time, really appreciated the hospitality and will definitely be coming back.

Lovely Cape Cod destination
Super cute, clean and cozy cottage. It was very convenient having the bike trail in our backyard. The kids enjoyed making S’mores by the fire pit. The beaches were within a quick drive or bike ride. Jeanette was very helpful and responsive to our questions and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Cozy but the accommodations served our family of four well. Great vacation!

Cozy and Convenient
We loved it. We used the bikes and bike path to get around locally a bit. Pretty convenient to navigate from there and we would definitely come back in the future.
