The overall cleanliness and room service was terrible and they said it’s due to public holidays that was not acceptable at all as people travel when it’s public holidays. The breakfast was nothing. But we talked to manager and she followed it up and and asked the room service staff to fix the issues, she called us later and apologized for what we experienced.

Generally very nice place with decent gym and pool. Room was very clean when we arrive, and the parking place is very convenient. Room cleaning service, however, was somewhat inconvenient with irregular times and quality. Did not clean toilet before asking during our 2 weeks staying. Sometimes only offered one large towel eventhough we were two of us. But all of the problems were promptly fixed when we asked to the reception. Very satisfied with them.
