Checking in was great. Super helpful, got us in early. In the room, comforter on the bed was dirty. Towels weren’t cleaned properly. Room itself looked nothing like the pictures. Way smaller, strange setup. Check out, the older guy behind the desk was completely ignorant and wasn’t paying attention to anything. Had to wait for someone else to come back to the desk and help us as he was too busy doing nothing. Might be best to have someone on a front desk that will actually acknowledge people, instead of sitting there worried about anything else but doing his job. Left our carry on bags for a couple of hours. Brand new bag ended up damaged and with scuff marks over it. 2 contents in the bag broken as well. No idea what they actually did with it, but I’ve never experienced anything like it at a hotel. Absolutely pathetic from them.

The hotel itself was really nice, I can't complain. The only thing I was annoyed about was the parking. I had read reviews that it was a low clearance, that wasn't an issue, but the parking was so hard to navigate in and around, it is so tight / narrow going down the ramp (Sedans and SUV drivers be prepared) Small cars only!
