The apartment in a quiet area has a large terrace with fantastic views of the castles and the historic village.
Very light and airy, the apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, bathroom with window and terrace.
In one bedroom there are two single beds a dresser and a large closet.
The second bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, a chair and an additional cabinet storage is very convenient.
In the living room, equipped with a window and a glass door to enter the terrace, there is a sofa that can turn into a comfortable double bed. In the living room is also placed on the table by 6 people - possibly espandibile- a dresser and TV.
The kitchen has a large window, has a dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. In the kitchen is also placed a further table (x 4). The same has been the subject of recent total refurbishment.
The bathroom, also recently renovated in all its parts, has all the amenities, a shower and a cabinet large washing machine.
The terrace, facing south, allows us to capture the last rays of the evening sun, before it sets behind the famous Castel locker and Castel San Giovanni.
In close proximity to the property there is a parking fee (in the summer), and a little further away you can find free parking. We welcome pets of small size.
