Friendly staff but hotel not clean, felt dirty, unhygienic with stained furniture and bathrooms. Stinking odor and dusty. NOT recommended for families with kids. Maintenance, cleaning and hygiene must be improved.

I booked two rooms (1 night) both with 1 King-Bed 1 Double-Sofa-Bed, the total room fee is CAD 265. I booked the two rooms both under my name, so two rooms are under two persons. The hotel staff request me to pay additional fee for the other 3 persons (altoghter 5 persons) and will upgrade the rooms for free, which I think is reasonable. However the additional cost is even nearly CAD 70 and no upgrading at all. The amount of CAD 70 is absolutely unreasonable.

Hotel was in good area with some shopping and food options. Staff and room at hotel were excellent. Room was super comfortable and we had a little outside space that was nice too. Shower was excellent too with good water pressure. Would definitely stay again.
